Lead Generation Specialist  

The ideal candidate has a consultative approach to lead generation working with prospective customers across multiple touch points with a strong sense of accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a large volume of B2B prospecting by telephone and email, responding to inbound inquiries and conducting outbound campaigns.
• Effectively build and manage a lead generation pipeline of Fortune 1000 companies.
• Understand and articulate the competitive landscape for Mitel’s solutions to C-Suite Executives.
• Nurture prospective customers along the buyer’s journey further qualifying the opportunity to the highest quality to hand off to a Sales Account Manager.
• Build strong relationships with Sales Account Managers and Channel Account Managers further understanding the needs across the region with respect to customer targets.
• Leverage database tools for discovery, research and initiation of outbound calling campaigns to new prospective customers.
• Achieve daily dial goals and surpass weekly and monthly lead targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or other related field.
• At least 2 years work experience in the following:
  • Telesales
  • Lead generation
  • Sales experience in technology or any related B2B field
• Excellent prospecting, discovery, and nurturing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Products.
