What you’ll do:
Network Engineering
- Provides Network Admin-related solutions for various projects and operational needs.
- Sets-up servers/appliance and work-stations to provide a functional working environment.
- Sets-up a network infrastructure and implements policies/procedures in accordance to the best practices and standards that will support company goals and initiatives.
Operations and Technical Support
- Responds to users’ requests and performs technical-related support for all Network Admin-related concerns.
- Performs monitoring, investigation, prevention, recovery, and troubleshooting to all NA-related matters.
Workplace Technology Maintenance
- Performs necessary patches and upgrades to network servers/appliance and workstations to maintain its viability.
- Upgrades and configures application servers in accordance to project or operational needs.
- Performs regular maintenance and performance reporting to support capacity management.
Other tasks which may be assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
What we’d like you to have:
- Graduate of Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronic Engineering/ other related studies
- 1-year working experience as a Network Admin
- Proficiency in various Computer Applications (MS Office, Adobe, etc.) and Operating Systems
- Knowledgeable in Computer and Network Troubleshooting, Software installation, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Routing and Switching, VPN technologies, Firewall, Windows OS and Servers, Routers and Switches and etc.
- Amenable to work with different and rotating shifting schedules even during weekends and holidays
Not required, but very useful:
- CCNA Certification; CCNP Certification
