Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Responsible for overseeing any charges and evaluating any alterations to both external and internal staff
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Assists the sales team in focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation
- Prepare and follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's/Degree in business administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other related administrative positions
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Officer and any other software that related to sales
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Experience in wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage
