Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Take dictation and minutes, produce reports, and presentations
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
- Handle confidential documents and ensuring that they remain secured
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements for manager and others as requested
- Maintain electronic and paper records to ensure information is organized and easily accessible
- Provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner
- Work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Secretarial, Office Administration, or any related course
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant
- In-depth knowledge of office management and technical vocabulary
- Outstanding communication and dealing abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- With integrity and always considering confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
