- Identifies resources needed, and assigns individual responsibilities
- Minimizes the impacts and likelihoods of project risks
- Mitigates the impacts of project risks
- Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis
- Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
- Provides team level conflict management; facilitate discussion concerning issues within the team
- Promotes the development of team members by ensuring, when possible, that project tasks are in line with each member's career interests
- Manages client expectations
- Seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Builds a knowledge base of projects with past and present clients
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least year exposure in system/software development implementation as team lead
- Possesses broad understanding of application programming, information systems design, system integration and other IT knowledge areas, with mastery of at least one of those areas
- Basic knowledge of ALL project management knowledge areas: scope, cost, time, human resource, communications, risk, quality, procurement, and integration
- Possesses broad understanding of more than one nature of business which may include, but will not be limited to:
- Banking, Insurance, Financials
- Logistics and distribution
- Manufacturing
- Utilities
- Healthcare
- Technology, etc., with mastery of at least one
- Strong communication, collaboration, and informational skills (reading, writing, speaking, viewing, modeling, presentation, sensitive information handling)
- Good grasp of MS Project
- Ability to improvise project management tools with MS Excel
- Proven track record as a team leader (or higher capacity) in previous project team
- High-order thinker (analysis, evaluation, and integration)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
