- Consults on the development of business requirements, specifications, and application design/s.
- Codes applications and/or configures the company’s cloud platform according to specifications, whenever necessary.
- Manages the implementation of application environments, including but not limited to, development, demonstration, testing, and production.
- Assists in the capacity planning of systems and applications to be developed.
- Works with business partners (providers) to detect, analyze and resolve systems issues and recommend enhancements.
- Reviews support documentation for the business solution developed.
- Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members, including offshore team members.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least five (5) years work experience in software application development;
- Uses JavaScript and/or Java as primary languages;
- Uses MySQL as a primary database management system;
- Has a track record working with large projects with inter-related modules;
- Active involvement in bidding, pre-sales, after-sales and support activities;
- Solid communication skills and high-order thinking (analysis, evaluation and recommendation) sufficient to engage clients' participation in systems implementation.
