Partnerships Manager  

You are the front-facing officer liaising between transitflix and the Partners. Your main responsibilities include scouting and recruiting Partners to join our cause; creating and curating partner programs to make sure that they are consistently and continuously activated, making sure that we are meeting our ADU’s and targets.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition - Creation of programs to acquire partners to join the platform and maintain the quality of partners currently in the platform.
• Onboarding - Creation, and management of an onboarding process for partners.
• Training - Creation, and execution of training programs for partners.
• Activation - Creation, management, and execution of a partner program to ensure continuous partner engagement and activity inside the platform. Making sure the guidelines and policies are well implemented.
• Relations - Address and optimise on partner concerns, making sure they are heard and guided.

• Degree, or proven ability in business/market development. Preferably from the tech and/advertising sector.
• History of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
• Knowledge, experience, or passion and interest in paid media.
• Some understanding of how advertising works in different media platforms.
• Fluent to native command of Filipino and English Language.
• Data-driven, analytic, and critical.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Native proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google productivity tools. (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
• Emphatic and relatable. Knows how to work with suppliers and partners.
