Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managing incoming calls.
- Organize incoming and outgoing documents.
- Provide clerical support to Finance/ Admin and HR.
- Handles dispatch of official and outgoing parcel.
- Maintains needed files and records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report.
- Performs duties as may be assigned form time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Finance
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
