Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensures the timely deployment of approved requested Medical Personnel in coordination with the Client and CHS HR Department
- Consolidates information on reported incidents of the project medical team and coordinates with HR on the timely handling/resolution of cases
- Facilitates and Consolidates performance appraisal forms and client survey forms
- Schedule regular meetings (based on SLAs or as instructed by the Medical Director) with the Medical Teams and Clients
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support Training
- Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training
- Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in the same function or a previous occupational health nurse
- Can start immediately
