Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develops and delivers support in accordance with Resilience Plan
- Creates curriculum for new hires and refresher training on resilience. Delivers new hire and refresher resilience trainings in accordance with Resilience Plan and Training Plan.
- Conduct 1:1 coaching / counseling sessions.
- Facilitate group counseling sessions by team to reflect on the emotional content and receive peer support.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Master's in Psychology
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
