Product Marketing Associate  

PushkartPH is looking for an overachieving marketing associate who's passionate about building predictable, high-performance marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. The person coming into this role will handle a mix of marketing, events, merchandising, and business development tasks, for transforming targeted marketing campaigns into exponential user growth.

What You'll Do

• Execute, optimize, and analyze acquisition marketing campaigns for a diverse range of initiatives (i.e., revenue generation, user sign-ups)
• Run digital marketing A/B testing efforts with focus on quick learnings, and data analytics to create efficient, hypergrowth initiatives
• Manage internal media channels (i.e., social media, e-mail, merchandising, website, blog)
• Partner with Marketing Head to develop/update reporting that tracks KPIs (i.e. cost per acquisition, cost per registration) and business metrics to uncover actionable trends, insights, and forecasts
• Assist teams for marketing-related events (i.e., ambassador shoots, registration events, sales initiatives)
• Prepare to merchandise for advertising, events and sales initiatives (i.e. flyers, banners, posters, billboard materials)
• Build and maintain relationships with key business partners and internal teams, including suppliers, advertising vendors, and strategy/product managers

• 1-2 years of marketing experience. Fresh Graduates are open to apply! Experience with e-Commerce and digital marketing is a plus
• Self-motivated and results oriented with a high regard for attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.). HTML knowledge is a plus
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities
