Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.
- Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business.
- Achieving advertising sales revenue through account management and proactively identify new opportunities through prospecting Clients and Agencies for ad campaigns.
- Actively follow through on potential revenue opportunities and implement different strategies to attain targets.
- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
- Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.
- Works closely with the Optimizer team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
- Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
- Key KPI will include renewal rates of accounts and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have at least 1-year experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Driven, resourceful with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office e.g. Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Possess good oral and written communication skills for sales presentation / quotation / proposal.
- Good Business sense.
- Meticulous and attention to details.
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
