Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks
- User management of company email accounts
- Troubleshoot issues on IT systems (desktop, laptops, network devices, printers)
- Manage inventory of computers, IT peripherals and printer consumables
- Regular deployment of software updates and troubleshoot software issues
- Monitor daily backup of files in the server
- Identify current and future system needs.
- Coordinate with PABX support to resolve PABX issues
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- With at least one (1) year working experience in the related field is required for the position
- Preferably 1-3 Years Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Server Admin or equivalent.
- Understand LAN/WAN networking, client-server applications, internet
- Good Knowledge and working experience on Windows platform and environment
- Knowledge in Linux server is a plus
- Working experience on network equipment
- Good working attitude
- Willing to work on weekends when needed
