Area Sales Manager  

II . RESPONSIBILTIES

• Develop and promote the sales (selling out) (both in terms of Line of Business and Strategic Business Units) to contribute towards reaching the National Sales Budget, Brand Recognition and Customers Satisfaction.
• Ensure his/her sales budget is achieved (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
• Show leadership, coach, supervise and support his/her sales representatives so that they meet their individual and area targets and ultimately the national targets. Ensure his/her team take their responsibilities to achieve the Company’s expectations.
• Provide information’s to the General Manager/National Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Technical Manager on the market reality, the results of his team, and any other relevant information for the Management team to have a good vision on his/her area and sales team.
• Willing to be assigned in Luzon Area

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably3-5 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Experience preferably acquired from an FMCG company or food industry
• Experience in Business Development
• Must be Tech Savy/ willing to learn new things and Innovate.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
