Sales Admin Head  

The Sales Admin Manager shall be responsible for the supervision and monitoring of all activities of the staff under the Sales Admin Department.

• Responsible for effective and timely execution of all the duties under the department
• Oversee all documentation, quality checking, file setting up, and requirements completion for all clients
• Safeguard all client documents that are in custody of the Sales Admin Department
• Establish strong relationships with clients. Handle complaints, provide readily available solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Serve as a point of contact for coordination with the Sales & Marketing Department
• Act as immediate consultant of all the departments for handling and responding to client inquiries and concerns
• Represent the department on all coordination and management meetings

• Graduate of a 4 year Business Course
• With at least 5 years relevant work experience
