Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- As 2nd layer support of CRM-API/CRMWEB/UIP/MYSF/AOTA/Prov/Selfcare regarding services and applications.
- Perform problem analysis of CRM-API/CRMWEB/UIP/MYSF/AOTA/Prov/Selfcare service.
- Perform problem escalation to Vendor or IT Development if problem cannot be solved.
- Perform day to day operation of CRM-API/CRMWEB/UIP/MYSF/AOTA/Prov/Selfcare services availability.
- Perform deployment of new application feature into production.
- Internal Apps Development.
- Supporting non-Selfcare system problem/enhancement
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Have good experience in a Linux servers, IBM AIX, HP NonStop, HP Unix, Sun Solaris, Windows Servers computing environment.
- Have good skills in programming language (php, phyton), Linux environment & command, SQL (MySql, Postgres, Oracle).
- Understand SDLC process, bash script, No-SQL, virtualization is beneficial.
- Have good experience in Provisioning, CRM and Billing System (preferable).
- Have good communication with english and mandarin (preferable).
- Have good analytical, team work, and dependable
