Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Driving incremental revenue from new and existing marketplaces
- Optimize sales performance in order to attract more customers from the marketplaces traffic
- Leverages merchandising tactics and strategies to drive basket and traffic growth on e-commerce channels while also maximizing overall e-commerce margin and profitability
- Oversee all promotional efforts for new and existing marketplaces, working within budget guidelines
- Make recommendations for changes to product listings based on market trends, opportunities, promotions and competitor listings
- Improve listing conversion rate, sales, impressions, CTR, selling fees, etc
- Manage each marketplace and account to performance and SLA requirements
- Monitor and enforce compliance of pricing, sellers, content, etc.
- Monitor and manage product presentation improvements including short, long descriptions, key features, and imagery
- Make recommendations for customer touch point improvements like product reviews and questions within given brand guidelines
- Build relationships with marketplace contacts & stay informed about new policies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of E-commerce market place business
- Previous experience managing a budget
- Ability to communicate/coordinate across departments
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and communicate workloads to the team
- Intrinsic motivation to improve processes, elevate the team
- Strong negotiation skill, analytical and problem-solving skills, strong on planning, detail and accuracy, and be a demonstrably creative thinker
