Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Administers software and/or hardware asset life cycle management activities for organization software/technology-related hardware assets, owned and managed in the Information Technology department, other organization business units or third-party service providers following specific, detailed instructions.
  • Updates and administers asset databases tracking life cycle of all assets
  • Perform annual inventory and spot checks on the equipment and software as required
  • Maintain and manage IT equipment disposal strategies
  • Effective at analyzing information gathered by investigation, and reporting findings and recommendations
  • Assures guidelines for software licensing and hardware maintenance agreements are followed
  • Coordinate equipment disposals, management of surplus equipment with other departments, as required
  • Manages inquiries about additional software and/or hardware, procuring non-standard software and hardware, software renewals and usage, deployment, license availability and external vendor license audit report requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintains the IT asset management database, including input, update and connection of data for software and/or hardware assets in relation to requisition, procurement, deployment, maintenance and retirement.
  • Conducts periodic quality assurance audits and develops resolutions to routine issues.
  • Processes, tracks, validates, manages software and/or hardware purchase orders in accordance to company policy.
  • Maintains records relating to the issuing of license keys and loan of software media and/or hardware as well as documentation relating to policies and procedures.
  • Administer software and/or hardware support and maintenance renewal processes.
  • Prepares periodic and special purpose reports to include usage data, etc.
  • Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Advanced skills using Excel and other data analysis, reporting and data visualization tools
  • Good understanding of ITAM lifecycle processes
  • Good understanding of System, Hardware and Software Licensing is a plus
  • Required minimum 1 years of experience in IT
  • Good team player and ability to collaborate with broader team
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers and management
  • Ability to identify problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Must be able to document information, issues, work and/or incidents using standard formats. Documentation must be grammatically correct, factually accurate, and appropriate to the target audience.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, organizational skills, roblem-solving skills
  • Advanced written communication skills
