Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan and develop the Architectural Runway in support of new business features and capabilities
- Participate in planning, define, and high-level design of tech solution and exploring other alternative solution
- Define subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context
- Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancement in existing system
- Update with new technological development forms or methodologies
- Collaborate with Product team to allocate work capacity
- Guide team development towards successful project delivery and provide technical leadership through coaching or mentoring
- Maintain high standards of software quality in team by establishing good practices and habits
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Information System, or Computer Science
- Having at least 3-5 experience as backend developer / fullstack developer
- Proficient understanding on tech development platform such as Java, Golang, Javascript (node js, vue, next, react js, react native, and others), SQL Database, API
- Strong knowledge on microservice architecture & implementation, also security and coding standards
- Able to design, develop and implement scalable, elastic microservice based platforms
- Experience in leading team
- Good communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with dockerized app, message broker, socket, cicd would be a plus
