Brand Manager  

The Brand Manager plays a key role in all aspects of the development, launching and management of products under the KIBIF Group Brands.

• Manage the development of new products and processes from concept to commercialization
• Execute market research and insights to understand target customers
• Create pricing strategy and new product innovation
• Develop and manage a portfolio of brands and products and new business opportunities according to the product roadmap and company's vision
• Timeline management - from development to launching and managing products and brands - take ownership in products/brands
• Coordination of the product launch and process with other divisions such as the production, operations and sales teams, or other departments if necessary
• Manage omnichannel campaigns and measure and report on campaign performance
• Manage the successful commercialization of new products - profitability and commercial success metrics
• Work together with sales teams to ensure that sales forecast is met
