Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Communicates and collaborates directly with creative teams to guide products' UI/UX progress from beginning to the end
Designs and successfully launches design projects, including full-page redesigns and new features
Participates in creative brainstorm sessions with peers to identify new design styles and trends
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
Work within Brand guidelines and passionately apply creative excellence to unify the designs across digital assets

Kualifikasi Minimum

Strong analytical and planning skills, you have strong opinions backed by research and data
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in team environment and presentation skills;
Loves minimalist designs and superior User-Experience;
Portfolio of previous/current working demonstrating work on user experience and visual design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and/or associated design tools is a must
Experience with prototyping/wireframing tools including but not limited to Balsmiq, Invision, Axure, Visio, etc.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript is a big plus
Have strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
