As an Assistant Manager Operational Develompment, Your job description is :
- Make review in order to optimize and increase effectiveness and efficiency of the operational process processing center Operational Division.
- Carry out strategic project management functions related to ID Division.
- Carry out fuction as a project laison Operational Division completing business and IT requirements.
- Facilitate teh utilization of IT Operational Division at processing centers.
- Following the development of banking industry best practicess related to operational patterns for the OPR Division's processing center area.

Kualifikasi Minimum
Entrance Requirements :
- S1 /S2 from reputable universities from Engineering, IT and Computer Science.
- Has Working experienced in IT Operation and Supporting Field, also have a Project Management experienced of at least 2 years.
- Having a skill to use Management Project Software.
- Have Interpersonal skills, Leadership, Multitasking in managing IT Project Management, Team Building, Attention to detail, able to work under pressure, Problem analysis, and have an IT outlook into the future.
- Proficient in English (active) and submit your score in the application (TOEFL /IELTS), we only accept score provided by official /authorized institution and valid.
- No direct (nuclear) family currently working as an active employee of BNI.
- Having a good communication skill and could pouring Idea/ Innovations into review that can be implemented.
