Marketing Communication Team Leader  

Job Description:

Oversee the planning development and implementation of all marketing communications, including print and digital content , website email marketing, social media public relations, news letter, collateral ATL-BTL and Advertising.

Job Responsibility:

• create and enhance communication strategy (external and internal source)
• Measure, track, and analyze marketing results to inform effective decision making
• ensure that brand identity, messaging, marketing and communications strategy, are infused throughout all organization efforts
• Build strong relationship across the organization to stay current on our innovate programming and collaborations also infuse an awareness in all working function.
• cooperate with other division in creating marketing comunications strategies
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of seven years of experience in marketing communication, with a proven track record of leadership and project management.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and plans.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and build rapport with diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, content management systems, and analytics tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
