Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop strategic plans and implement the objectives of the information technology needs of the company to ensure the IT capabilities are responsive to the needs of the company's growth and objectives.
- Provide leadership in ensuring that the organization’s IT needs are aligned to business plans.
- Spearhead IT initiatives and communicate them to the management and stakeholders to ensure buy-in. Work with various parties to ensure IT projects are implemented accordingly to plan and define metrics and measures to monitor the progress of each of the project.
- Overall responsibility for development and rollout of any changes to IT systems to support new business requirements, or new integration requirements.
- Participate in the requirements analysis and function design of key technical modules and be responsible for the integrity and stability of the system.
- To guide and support in the writing of core code, and to train and lead core team members to troubleshoot and solve problems whenever needed.
- Code review and optimization.
- Develop and implement operating policies and approaches for computing and information technology to ensure smooth operations and compliance with the various information technology functions.
- Responsible for the development, review, and certification of all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans.
- Ensure the security of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment.
- Establish company infrastructure to support and guide individual divisions/departments/sites in computing and information technology efforts.
- Identify critical talent and succession gaps in the function and develop appropriate plans/strategies to ensure continuity.
- Train and development team members in the IT function to ensure a high level of professionalism in meeting the desired performance standards and functional objectives.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 8 Years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
