Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage day-to-day planning, operation and problem-solving so that all the Department under the Quality and Compliance Management group meet it required level of services or production
- Have the role, responsibility, authority and accountability in K3
- Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, system, security, compliance, and stress test
- Prepares quality documentation and reports by testing, analyzing and summarizing application outputs including failed processes, stability test, corrective actions, and re-validations
- Investigating customer complaints, collaborating with Product Owner and Development team to resolve product-related issues
- Assessing the product specifications and testing them with customer requirements
- Ensuring product compliance with legal and quality standards
- Guiding software development team about the quality measures
- Overseeing and/or performing tests
- Documents, tracks and monitors problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner and tasks are set to the appropriate priority levels
- Coordinate with Portfolio Management to schedule, assign and allocate appropriate developers to handle the problems
- Develop and manage software development life cycle procedures and standards
- Set up, plan, lead, and monitor progress in organizational process improvement in CMMI
- Provide and manage development environment and infrastructure used in directorate
- Plan, design and implement DevOps automation to Agile framework in development
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Having technical certification and/or familiar with Software Testing process that related with functional and performance test
- Having technical certification and/or familiar with Quality Management
- Having technical certification and/or familiar with DevOps automation
- Familiar with CMMI with Maturity Level 3 (minimum) implementation process for development
- Experience in product development support and maintenance process
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Excellent written skills in English
- Good communication in English both oral and written
- Having good self motivation, fast learner, and good administration skill
- Able to work under required time and pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Willing to be located at Anabatic Head Office Gading Serpong, Tangerang, Banten
