Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Experienced in Project Management and Leading the Technical Team
- Solid practical experience and knowledge in Java Programming Language and Java Technologies
- Familiar with RDBMS (Oracle, Ms SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, etc)
- Familiar with Software Development Life-Cycle (Waterfall, Agile Scrum, etc)
- Familiar with Software Integration and Compatibility test
- Good communication in English both oral and written
- Having good self motivation, fast learner, can do attitude and able to work as a team, good administration skill
- Able to work under required time and pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skill and teamwork player
- Willing to be located at Anabatic Head Office Gading Serpong, Tangerang, Banten
- Willing to travel to Anabatic’s Offshore and Outsource Development Cent
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Leading the Internal, Offshore and Outsource Development Center team with on-site and off-site support
- Managing and leading national and international project implementation
- Managing team of Project Managers
- Manage and control the process of development by using standard Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC)
- Resource management resposibility for any team members assignment, coordination, reallocation and work-load
- Project management and/or technical lead role for any involvement of team member in project
- Enactive all software development process is inline with Anabatic’s Technology Stack and Standard Architecture
- Implementation of Anabatic’s Standard Compliance (CMMI for Development) - assist development team for problem solving and bug fixing
- Collaborate with other team to deliver high quality products on time
