The Invoicing & Collections Concierge will work closely with PSG’s Client Management &, Program Management Teams as well as our bookkeeper to manage the process of invoicing clients and collecting client payments. This includes but not limited to:
- Ensuring that invoices are issued on time with a high degree of accuracy.
- Monitor collections to guarantee PSG revenue.
Responsibilities:
Specific to the Invoicing Process:
- Ensure that sure draft invoices get created on time by the Accountant.
- Ensure that all the required invoices for the month are sent out and remind the Bookkeeper if any are missing.
- Ensure that draft invoices are approved on time by the Client Manager/Program Manager (CM/PM).
- Ensure that any changes to the draft invoices are made by the CM/PM and submitted to the Accountant prior to the deadline.
- Ensure that the finalized invoices are sent to clients on time by the Client Manager/Program Manager.
Specific to the Collections Process:
- Track if invoices have been paid on time by the client.
- Track the days delinquent of applicable account invoices and the CM/PM that owns them.
- If a client hasn't paid on time, he/she should perform the necessary actions (sending reminder emails and make calls, if appropriate) to clients to follow-up.
- If a client still hasn't paid by a designated date (e.g., 10 days after due date), escalate to CM/PM for them to follow up
- Update the Invoicing and Collections tracker each day
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Invoicing and Collections.
- Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or similar accounting role. (Certified Professional Billing Analyst designation preferred)
- Good knowledge of electronic billing procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with databases and SQL is an asset
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Candidate must be open to working on a fixed Night Shift schedule and is willing to be assigned in Ayala, Makati.

PSG has been in operation since 1996, and has been in the business of providing offshore-based recruiting services through its affiliate since 2006. PSG Global Solutions operates in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry.
