Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Develop systems that will enhance the progression of the branch.
- Provide general support to visitors
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College Graduate
- Proficient with Microsoft Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficient with the use of spreadsheet
- With experience in Spreadsheet - (Vlookup, Pivot, etc.)
- Must possess good communication skills. Both oral and written
- Has pleasing personality and attentive to details
- Must have a laptop and stable internet
- Work from home setup will be implemented but must be willing to go to work in Makati once a week.
