Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Operations

  • Leads the management of operations of multiple store assignments.
  • Plans and solves issues and concerns of store assignments.
  • Recommends process improvement, and ensures consistent and efficient management of area operations to maximize sales.
  • Reduces operating expenses and ensure consistent and excellent customer service.
  • Implements programs to improve over-all efficiency and optimal performance of all staff within area of jurisdiction thru value-selling, accurate counter operations, effective monitoring and supervision of store’s transactions, pro-active team management and development and consistent sales reporting to management.
  • Monitors store operations in the areas of quality, customer service, safety and security, facilities management and equipment maintenance.
  • Creates a high performance culture in the entire area operations by adopting people management practices that emphasize empowerment, quality, productivity standards, and goal attainment.
  • Manages the availability and delivery of products, services, and installation of equipment and collection and receivables.
  • Maintains regular contact and coordinated with suppliers to ensure high level customer satisfaction.
  • Manages the maintenance and accuracy of equipment and consumables and branch sales reports.
  • Oversees the efficient and safe conduct of quality installation, preventive maintenance and repair of store machine/equipment.
  • Assists in screening applicants for store operations.

2. Sales

  • Leads stores in achieving performance targets (sales & profits).
  • Creates or develops strategy in order to achieve sales and/or profitability of the Company by providing quality customer and employee support services.
  • Identifies market opportunities and potential of the area.
  • Prepares and submits regular sales reports; such as monthly coverage plan, monthly business review, and sales forecast.
  • Assists in the organization and implementation of trade shows and other event campaigns.
  • Submits monthly reports on discounts granted to customers.
  • Prepares operational and non-operational reports as required by Management.
  • Conceptualizes and presents project bids.
  • Reports all developments in a given project.
  • Handles or monitors a project outside of Metro Manila the duration of which is dependent on the given task, as needed.
  • Assists the General Manager, Operations Manager or any Project Managers in any way deemed necessary.
  • Promotes teamwork and coordination among your team members and with other work groups.
  • Abides by all set rules and regulations of Promo Exchange, Inc.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • 5 to 10 years work experience.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Must be willing to travel
