Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The Tax Supervisor will be handling Tax Planning and Compliance of all Domestic Companies of Primer Group. Other key tasks and responsibilities are as follows:

Ensure all tax returns are correct and are filed timely.
Ensure compliance to tax authority's regulation such as:
- Submission of alphalist for different tax filings.
- Quarterly submission of scanned creditable withholding taxes.
Serve as the point person for review of tax computation (current and deferred), VAT filing, and withholding taxes.
Review the following:
- Working files of staff prior to tax filing to ensure correctness of information.
- Tax filings
Monitor timely submission of all the tax authority's requirements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis (including alphalists).
Reconcile tax filing against amounts reflected in the books.
Follow up other departments or sections for information necessary to complete the tax filing requirements.
Communicate tax related concerns to immediate leader for resolution, whenever the need arises.

Kualifikasi Minimum

At least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or any equivalent field.
Preferably a Supervisor with at least 5 years of experience specializing in Finance, Audit, Taxation, or any related field.
At least 3 years of work experience in preparing different tax filing, audit, and compliance in any Auditing firm (preferably from top 10 Auditing Firms)
Knowledgeable in tax rules and regulations.
Good leadership skills.
Can handle tight deadlines.
