Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Project Engineer is primary responsible for the on-site project management. Coordinate all project related concerns to proper personnel/group and ownership of project from kick-off to project close-out.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Implementation
- Supervise ordering and delivery of local materials to be procured for the project
- Site management
- Installation coordination (coordination with other trades and drawing approvals)
- Preparation of progress reports & supporting documents for billing and change orders
- Cost Estimates
- Direct supervision of site/project based personnel
- Review and manage project cost.
- Ensure project installation specifications are followed & documented.
- Project close-out & Turn-Over
- Coordinate product related concerns and on site changes with systems technical support.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Licensed Electrical Engineer
- At least Two (2) years project management experience preferably in Building Management System or in ELV Systems, Construction and Electrical.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- At least two (2) years of experience in any of the following areas:
- Cost Estimates
- System Commissioning
- Project management/implementation
- Knowledge on the following:
- Electrical and Mechanical equipments
- Construction safety
- Advance computer operation (Office, CADD/MS Visio)
- Advance electronic test equipment
- Building Wirings/Termination
- Project management software.
SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Customer service orientation.
- Technical presentation skills.
- Strong people management skills.
