The Digital Account Officer is responsible for building strategic relationship between the agency and clients by addressing client needs through direct contact and the utilization of agency resources, as well as the day-to-day agency representative for the client and maintains a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensures that projects are done according to agreed client specification with his/her recommendation for best practice digital implementation.
2. Spots opportunities of digital engagement for client from which revenue can be increased for Digiworx
3. Supervises and manages the projects of his/her team of Digital Account Officers, ensuring timely deliveries, project and client satisfaction
4. Develop strategic and creative briefs and present materials internally and externally
Training/Skills Requirement
1. Thorough knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing and media.
2. Attention to detail, with strong follow-through required.
3. Ability to use alternative analytical approaches to solve digital/interactive/marketing problems
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Presentation skills
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Art Design / Creative Multimedia / Advertising, Marketing or equivalent
2. At least 3 to 5 years experience working in an Advertising agency with a digital role.
3. Experience with various projects types, including media, web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting
4. Advanced proficiency in the English language is required for this role.
5. Preferably with experience handling retail accounts
