Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform clerical tasks, including periodic audit of sales and other financial transactions, and prepare a variety of accounting reports.
- Use of company ERP to enter data and process business transactions, like Accounts Payables and Receivables, Disbursements, Expense Vouchers and Receipts.
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
- Updates and maintains ledgers and accounting journals, and researching and resolving discrepancies.
- Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superiors.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BS Accountancy, BS Entrepreneurship or any businessrelated course
- Preferably with accounting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with ERP and bookkeeping
- Familiarity with basic Accounting principles
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Well organized in filing and record keeping tasks
