Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Reviews provided technical manuals by developer, and conduct technical diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems and to provide resolution
- Test fixes and submit technical resolution to ensure problem has been adequately resolved
- Prioritized and schedule problems. Escalate problems to Technical Support Lead.
- Creates manual resolution including SQL scripting and quality control
- Records, tracks, and documents the helpdesk request problem-solving process
- Executes provided resolution through manual or application executions
- Performs all related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any four (4) year business course
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
