Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Making arrangements for clients’ travel programs.
- Secure desired travel arrangements of the customers on time.
- Assisting customers who encounter problems in obtaining booking
- Arrange Visa, passports, and other services that the customers may request.
- Getting information about areas of interest in order to target more clients in particular seasons.
- Giving answers to inquiries by clients and advising them accordingly regarding bookings and reservations.
- Do other works that are requested related to this job
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Tourism or any related four-year course
- At least 2-year of experience in Travel Agency Industry
- Proficient in using Amadeus, Abacus, and Galileo
- Salary is Negotiable
