Vice President for Property Management  

One of PRIME Philippines' area of expertise is PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Currently growing and expanding, PRIME is in need of a qualified VICE PRESIDENT for PROPERTY MANAGEMENT to oversee our team of property managers in the local area of Metro Manila.

The responsibility of a Vice President of Property Mangement encompasses all tasks of training, monitoring, overseeing, management, and implementation.

In-charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations of each Property Manager with their assigned buildings. In lieu with overseeing, the Vice President of Property Mangement is in charge of the strict implementation of Building House Rules and Regulations.

Work closely with the property managers to ensure that the various buildings under PRIME's management are well maintained. To do so, he must conduct regular inspections of the building premises which include all electro-mechanical surveying.

Report to the main office in Quezon City everyday. He must be able to submit comprehensive and complete reporting to upper management as required. This will include, but is not limited to, monthly updates, an annual operating budget, and incident reports. Although reporting to the main office, the property management head must be able to strictly manage the collection of building dues.

• At least 10 years of experience in managing either of the ff: operating facilities, residential buildings, commercial malls, and office buildings
  • Must have experience with a property management firm, and is familiar with its operations, organization structure, roles, and functions.
  • Must have a comprehensive knowledge in operations management or building management.
  • Must have the ability to create comprehensive guidelines, policies and procedures, and can conceptualize and manage an effective property management workflow.
• Must be a graduate from Management, Real Estate Management, or Engineering. (Those who graduated with related courses are very much welcome to apply)
• Those who hold any Masteral Degrees in Management or Engineering have an advantage.
• Those who hold a Certificate from the Short Course Offering: Property Mangement have an advantage.
