- The manager is in charge of the freight that is to be delivered
- They have to make sure that all the goods are loaded onto the cargo plane
- All the goods that come in have to be unloaded and accounted for by the manager
- They have to handle all the workers that do all the heavy lifting
- They have to arrange the shifts of the workers and coordinate with them
- They have to coordinate with the other personnel with which they can keep track of all the goods
- The managers have to ensure that the delivery is done in time
- If there is any delay, the managers have to call and inform the concerned personnel about the delay
- The delay shipment of the goods has to be made up and the manager is responsible that the workers make up for the lost time
- The managers have to keep records of all the goods that are shipped and make reports
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With at least 1 year Logistics experience
- College degree, with pleasing personality, good communication skills
- Able to manage personnel resources, coordination, monitoring and critical thinking.
