Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and some manegerial staff.
- Maintain schedule/appointment of the General Manager
- Prepare reports and minutes of meetings.
- Maintain confidential files and other materials essential for use by the General Manager.
- Write correspondences, email and route callers, and answer questions and requests.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- University degree in any business related course
- Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to be creative and develop new ideas
- Resourceful, highly motivated and result-oriented
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
