Accountant (Tax)  

• Preparation of the following:
  • Accurate supporting schedules and subsidiary ledgers every scheduled period.
  • Tax reports prescribed by the BIR and ensure to meet submission and payment on or before the deadline.
  • Audit schedules in coordination with other section/departments and liaise with auditors including BIR or government examiners.
• To be compliant with all government reportorial requirement in coordination with other departments.
• Establishes consistent and reliable monitoring of accounts payable.
• Organizes and maintains updated financial reports of aging of accounts payable.
• Ensures prompt processing of cash advances and other requests to support the requirements of company’s operations.
• To continually work to improve systems and procedures related to inventory to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Assists in financial management and analysis as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Accountancy
• Must be a CPA
• At least 2 years experience in the related field
• Strong knowledge in Philippine Taxation (manual and automatic Tax laws and regulations, auditing, preparation and payment of Tax returns); experienced in handling tax audits
• Experience in an Oracle, SAP, NetSuite or other ERP environment is essential.
• Excellent command in English
• Willing to render longer hours (when needed)
