Market Researcher
- To provide real, updated and comprehensive macro overview
- To support and complete the findings from internal data by conducting research to generate comprehensive analysis to build skeleton for integrated marketing effort.
- To support Product Team and Growth Team by conducting research projects and provide insights on necessary improvements.
Detailed job description
- Provide desk research and macro overview
- Identify research needs and conduct cross-department coordination (for internal improvement and generating genuine data for analysis)
- Formulate research design
- Conduct project management, fieldwork and reporting
- Combine and coordinate findings and analysis with data analyst
- Provide report with comprehensive analysis and actionable insights
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Have experience working in FMCG industries
- Have been working in research industries for min.2 years
- Mastering moderation skill
- Strong analytical skill
- Strong leadership skill
- Experience in UI/UX research is a plus
