Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Marketing assistants support the work of marketing managers and executives on projects directed at maximising company profits and developing sales strategies ormarketing campaigns.
- Updates competitor database by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations; distributing reports.
- Publishes pricing schedules by verifying freight rates, charges, and allowances.
- Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets; compiling account and competitor analyses.
- Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and internet packages.
- Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Logistics/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Computer-literate
- Can identify areas of interest in marketing industry, with drive to success
- Keen with details, team-player, and resourceful
- 1-2 years experience in handling sales administrative functions
