Deskripsi Pekerjaan

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system for all company documents. Retrieves information from files when needed.
  • Establishes, develops, maintains and updates library of trade journals and magazines.
  • Acts as a liaison with internal departments, clients, and other entities outside the company. Handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary.
  • Creates general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, etc. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.
  • Arrange travel and hotel bookings, process visa, and other travel related requirements.

BOOKKEEPING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Cash Position)
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement
  • Monthly, quarterly and yearly closing books
  • Review, investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports.
  • Preparation of Aging of Receivables and other necessary schedules (Payables, Projects, etc.) on a monthly basis
  • Prompt monitoring of receivables and payables
  • Process invoices based on percentage of project completed, retainers, and out-of-pocket expenses as stated in contracts
  • Coordinate billings and collections in New York office
  • Review financials on agreements and proposals
  • Payroll processing and government remittances
  • Laisse with the bank periodically
  • Prepare quarterly budget report and financial projections
  • Report to the Managing Director on a bi-monthly basis and to the President when in Manila

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Strong managerial and accounting background
  • Knowledge in QuickBooks is a MUST
  • At least 3 years of related working experience
  • Other relevant trainings and certification
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in photoshop is a plus
