IT Network Administrator  

The scope covers primarily company property buildings and secondary the head office.

• Develop, maintain, and monitor all existing systems and oversee the entire IT infrastructure
• Design network models
• Administer and automate Google system for network
• Supervise outsource/contractual network architects
• Configure network bandwidth allocation per unit
• Configure network hardware like servers, routers, and switches
• Implement UTM (Unified threat management) for information security
• Secure the firewall system
• Manage Internet Service Provider (ISP) equipment
• Manage servers and their operating systems
• Troubleshoot network issues
• Upgrade and repair computer networks
• Manage cloud and physical network storage (including data backup)
• Send out advisory/tips for data security and data privacy to the end-users
• Monitor and respond to the ticketing system (based on the tagged category)
• Assist with the department's day-to-day tasks
• Ensure the delivery of tasks and good performance of the department

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Systems or Information Technology
• 3 years of experience administering server-side technology and networked computing systems
• Familiarity with database operations
• Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines
• Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Customer satisfaction oriented
• With Project Management Experience
