- Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance
- Conduct preventive maintenance work
- Ensure installation, maintenance, and repair work in all properties covering cleaning, electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building systems
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads
- Assess to employ, supervise and train workers
- Leads orientation / training for new processes, systems, and new employees
- Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities
- Maintain all inventory records of company properties (assets/ equipment) and ensure its proper storage
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site
- Maintain personnel records and update database
- Evaluate assigned property worker's performance
- Prepare relevant reports
- Ensure facilities are well maintained and ready for use (before and after client occupancy)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 2-3 years of experience as a facilities coordinator, or any other related area
- Associate’s Degree or higher
- Knowledge of Windows based computer systems.
- Willingness and ability to work early morning, night and weekend
- Basic knowledge in maintenance of wiring, air conditioning, plumbing, etc.
- Basic knowledge with evacuation plans , signage, first aid, will be a plus
- Ability to work as a team player and empathizing with all employees
- Maintain confidentiality
- English proficiency
- Industry-related problem-solving skills
- Negotiating skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Should be reliable, self-motivated, and should be able to solve problems and make decisions based on SRC mission and guiding principles
