Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The Transport & Logistics Manager is responsible for the over-all activities of 2 groups:
- Contract Logistics business of the company to include Warehouse Operations
- Transportation and movement of goods
- Plans, organizes, manages, evaluates and is responsible for the operations and budget of warehouse and transport groups.
- Motivates and leads the team in meeting both internal and external customer expectations.
- Recommend, conceptualizes and implements continuous improvements while maintaining a cost effective operational activities
- Manages manpower scheduling
- Maintains and develops relationship with Customers. Meet excellent rating on customer surveys.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With at least 3 years related experience in Logistics and Transport operations;
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Business related course;
- Excellent operational, management skills and knowledgeable in all matters pertaining to Warehouse, Transport Operations;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to persuade and influence others;
- Maintains professional appearance and providing a positive company image to public;
- Possess a positive attitude and strong leadership qualities;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Can start ASAP;
- Direct Hire;
- Willing to work in Paranaque City.
