Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supports the AVP Contract Management in:
- Establishing the Pre Contract Management Framework or Post Contract Management Framework
- Implementation of the contract management framework as a whole, across PLDT and Smart
- Ensures all transactions and business dealings conducted within the Supply Chain organization are in accordance with Procurement Policy.
- Protects the PLDT and Smart interests which is reflected by accurate, complete and concise procurement contracts.
- Leads the work activities of a team of contracting professionals to support a business unit .
- Performs other roles as the AVP contract management framework purpose.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Law or equivalent or Juris Doctor or Bar passer
- 6 years of working experience in Contracts Management related field is required for this position
