Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Facilitates primary medical care for all employees. Check vital signs, provides initial aid and medication, manages employee health records.
- Monitors and facilitates the distribution of primary care medicine to employees.
- Functions as a health and safety officer. Trained and certified with First Aid and Basic Life Support.
- Ensures health, safety and hazard compliance based on general labor standards.
- Monitors and verifies all sick leave of all FF employees for its validity.
- Handles benefits processing such as: enrollment and removal from HMO, government benefits application, maternity notification among others.
- Primary facilitator for Annual Physical Examination.
- Leads employee engagement initiatives related but not limited to health and wellness.
- Other HR functions assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a Registered Nurse
- Preferably with BOSH and BLS certificates
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
