Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plans and implements helpdesk support solutions and resolution levels.
- Develops innovative network troubleshooting and enhancement solutions.
- Creates policies, procedures, operation procedures, and reports.
- Oversees and manages the day-to-day IT Operations of main office and its Partner Campuses.
- Plans, organize, control, and evaluate the IT Infrastructure and set-up of the company. Identifies areas of opportunity and develops processes and programs for strategic solutions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Preferably Supervisor/3 years & Up experienced employee specialized in IT/ Computer.
- With at least 5 years of experience in IT.
- Helpdesk/Network/hardware (hardware and software solution, IT asset monitoring & management, helpdesk/desktop support)
- Must have knowledge in network administration.
- A background on windows server is an advantage.
- With at least 1 to 2 years experience in handling network and desktop troubleshooting for 100 to 200 users.
- With at least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory position.
