Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The position is primarily responsible for generating sales through direct and indirect selling activities, cross selling and telemarketing. The position is also responsible for processing various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals in coordination with insurance companies.
- Develops and customizes insurance programs to suit corporate (institutional) and retail (individual) clients.
- Obtains relevant data to facilitate issuance of proposal.
- Evaluates and processes insurance application in coordination with insurance companies.
- Conducts meeting and product presentation to internal and external clients.
- Provides an overview of insurance cost and benefit to prospective client. Explains features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies.
- Negotiates with prospect clients on the insurance quote.
- Performs administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
- Reviews client’s insurance program and advises client on renewal terms and conditions.
- Ensures account conservation and timely renewal of policies.
- Evaluates profitability of accounts and recommends remedial action to maintain favorable account loss ratios.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any four (4) year course
- At least one (1) year working experience in the insurance industry is required for this position
- Experience in Sales is an advantage
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Knowledge on both Lie and Non-life insurance is required
- Customer service oriented
- Willing to do field work
