Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The position is primarily responsible for ensuring the efficiency of projects of the bank, including keeping track of progress and ensuring activities' completion.
- Leads the project management and preparation of project plan for all major projects of the Bank in accordance of the company’s project policy framework.
- Conducts industry research and gathers information to validate the business case / feasibility ofthe project.
- Prepares and analyzes business requirement document and the project scope of work.
- Assists in the preparation of the implementation plan, resource plan, pilot-operational plan, user training plan and post production validation plan.
- Prepares project milestone reports to stakeholders, senior management and the IT Steeringn Committee.
- Identifies and implements processes and activities to improve.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of four (4) years preferably related to business course
- At least three (3) year work experience in project management and analytics
- Familiarity with projects in the group, Background in Banking, analytics
- Highly organized and detail- oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work in Makati
- Can start ASAP
